What are the payment methods available? We currently have Cash on Delivery.

How much is shipping? We offer FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. And better yet - all orders are tracked, so you know when your order will be delivered.

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, not yet.

How do I track my package? You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at ll.tech.corner.8@gmail.com. Please note that items have limited tracking.

When will my order be shipped? Most orders for in-stock items will ship out the day after the order is placed.

Please keep in mind, orders do not ship on weekends or on these PH holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other major Philippine Holidays (both Special and Regular).

Orders shipped via LBC will not ship on holidays observed by them such as the ones stated above.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep.

  • Domestic (PH) shipping methods:
    • Standard Items - Delivers within 5 to 7 Business Days
    • Items Sourced Directly From Supplier - not more than 10 business days.  Shipping time may be longer, but these products are significantly cheaper and exclusively sold on our store (not available in stores, anywhere in the Philippines).

Can my order be delivered on the weekend? Most orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the LBC or our chosen door-to-door provider does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

Can i change or cancel my order? An order usually cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

My order has already shipped. Can i have the delivery address changed? LBC or other chosen courier can't be able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. 

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased? Please see our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy page. If you need to return an item or exchange it for a different item, just contact us and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

What if I order something that's out of stock? We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive an email for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

Will I be charged a customs fee for my order? 99% of your orders are shipped within the Philippines so there is very less likely chance that you might need to pay for a customs fees (there are times that your local post office might ask for a little amount - depending on your city). Please note that the shipping fees charged for your order do not include customs fees. If you’re unsure of your city's laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs/post office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your city before you place an order.
